Caroline

When I started dating my now wife, Caroline in 2013 I was lacking motivation. I had just spent several months traveling in Africa and I did not have much desire to do anything with my life. However, Caroline was different, she was special and made me happy right away. She knew I could do more with my life and encouraged me to find a career, not just a job. Actually, she told me she would break up with me if I did not choose a career. Caroline helps me to be more creative and I have enjoyed using my creativity to fix things around our house.

We love running together but we have different techniques. She begins with a plan. She sets her goals high and paces herself. She loves children, I love seeing her interact with my nephews. She loves sports and knows more than I do. Our upbringing and culture can lead to disagreements in our marriage. Our key success exists in our ability to evolve in, communication and saying “I’m sorry”. She loves GOD and I love HIM for bringing her into my life.

She was with me when I was in tears over the passing of my little niece. I share my experiences in the Army with my wife. I love to tell her what I have accomplished and she is proud of me. She encourages me to be the man I can be. She motivated me then and continues to motivate me today to do everything I can to provide for her and our future family.
